For those of you who like to ogle pictures of hot men...

I'd been admiring this young chap in the Lakeland catalogue for quite some time and, after seeing him in the Lakeland shop, just couldn't resist taking him home with me.

So, as promised, here are some freshly baked and very tasty gingerbread men...

...can you spot the odd one out?

They look great Charlie! What recipe did you use? I bought Dot the gingerbread house cutter from Lakeland for her birthday - so cute! Lucy x

Great to see Fred so happy with lots of new friends (and that knowing little smile that knows he will not get eaten like the others!!!)

The "hot men" comment had me laughing before I even read your post!!!! Very cute gingerbread men! Hopefully you could spot the odd one out.... I'm sure if you tried to eat him you'd work it out pretty fast!!! Well... best get moving - have a three hour drive to do now... with two kids and leaving my husband at home (he's working)... I think I'm crazy... and if I'm not now... I will be by the time I get there! Seeya!

They are the most perfect gingerbread men I've ever seen. Mine always spread and look as though they have a strange obesity related disease!

Love the hot men Charlie - well I will let you know that Maree survived her drive - as she surprised me this afternoon by turning up at my shop unannounced - lovely surprise for me - we were talking about your blog and how weird it was that I found it , then realise that Maree was a frequent visiter - she had advised me to go back and read some older posts as she said I would get a real kick out of your blog!! - always i need of a good laugh ;p

Are you sure you didn't buy ready made ones from sainsbury's? Those look far too perfect...how come I can't make anything that looks that good?

Gorgeous Hot Men!
I nearly bought that cutter last weekend but decided he was too hot to handle and am sticking with my older model.

I'm having a bit of a hot flush. It's all a little too much for me (but then I don't get out much nowadays!)

Seriously though, how did you make them so perfect? They're actually a little scary in that respect - Stepford gingerbread men! Look at their glazed perfect smiles - I can hear them clicking and whirring from here!

Great Ginngerbread Men. Great site too. Take a look at my new site about gingerbread men if you want, although it is a little darker than yours: deadgingerbreadmen.com Keep up the good work.
