Treeling

Apologies for the lack of updates recently. I'm back in Spain and rationing the photos I took over Christmas!

One of my Christmas presents was the Softies book and I couldn't resist making the happy treeling for a friend's birthday (don't worry, there is a reason why I'm giving her a cuddly tree for her 21st)

I forgot about the seam allowance on the trunk so when I turned it right side out his eyes looked a bit scary and far apart. Oops.

fab tree, just reminding us all that spring is on its way! Hope you are enjoying being back in Spain.

The tree is fab! I love the colours and it's not nearly as scary as the gingerbread man I gave to my friend!

Pigeon arrived safely (thank you so much for all the goodies - loved it all!)

Have a good last few weeks in Spain!

Hello - just found your blog through........ someone! I absolutely love your pigeons (my dad has more lofts than I would like to count!) and I see you are from Northumberland and go to busy bees too! Pop over if you get the chance. Lucy x

Aha - I see Lucy's beaten me to it! I too have just followed a link to your blog, from Woollie Wanderings, and I really think I NEED a pigeon! They're fab!

Do you crochet them to order or should I pop back to see when you have more in your shop?

I too number my creations (knitted monkeys) and 007 is my favourite (don't tell the others) ....

Thanks for making me smile tonight with your brilliant blog

:)
